About Us

ELCOR originally was a sole proprietorship in 1991 under the name of RTC Construction. Later on, it was then established by its founder Rosauro B. Cruz as a Corporation in December 18, 1994.

ELCOR started its operations as a contractor of Manila Electric Company (MERALCO) for wood pole treatments then later on, was awarded with multiple Meralco contracts.

ELCOR'S unsurpassed quality of workmanship, adherence to time schedule and its employee’s professionalism was lauded by Meralco as its top contractor and eventually was recommended to other companies who needed electrical engineering expertise
